Payment Method

Payment Rules

  • All payment methods needs to be paid in USD

  • I will send invoice for Stripe; Please provide an email for the invoice

  • Customer must send a 100% upfront payment

  • No refunds unless I am unable to continue on the commission

Process (Illustrations)

  • Discussion phase : The customer provides references and descriptions of what they want

  • Sketch phase : Customer can make changes two times

  • Customer must pay 100% upfront payment before proceeding

  • Coloring phase : Turnaround time will be around 4 - 8 days upon starting

  • The final artwork is sent

Process (Vroid)

  • Discussion phase : The customer provides references and descriptions of what they want

  • Customer must pay 100% upfront payment before proceeding

  • Model will be done around 1-2 week upon starting

  • VRM file / VSF file is sent; VROID file is not provided unless stated

Conditions

  • I am under no obligation to accept the client's request when it is seen as uncomfortable/unsuited for me or to other people

  • If client do not reply after 3 days of reaching out, commission will be terminated

  • I will prioritize week slot chosen by the client; Each week will be dedicated to that specific client's commission only; Fail to cooperate with my time slot will result in delay or cancellation of the commission

  • Each client can only commission one vroid model and one extra outfit/hair preset per month

  • I will not do different art styles other than the ones I have showed

  • All illustrations commissions are for PERSONAL USE only; Using it as NFT/ merchandise or reselling is prohibited

  • Vroid clients may do anything with their model as commercial use is included; Client may not, however, resell the model in any way

  • Claiming the art/model as your creation is not allowed

  • I have the rights to post the commissions I've done on my social media eventually; I can wait if client plans to post it first but please do so on the first month upon finish; I have the rights to post all commissions on my website and YouTube whenever I want

  • Upon commissioning, the client agrees to the artist's TOS even if they claim not to have read it
